Thank you! We call it the birdcage too! We even joked about putting a large stuffed parrot or owl in it - but that would probably irritate the buzzards and red kites and just shows how silly our sense of humour is!!! Have a wonderfully happy New Year, and good luck with your continued campaign against censorship :)
Hi Rhonda - not snow, but a very heavy dew! The ground was so white I thought here had been a hard icy frost, but it was tiny droplets of water catching the light and making it look like snow!
Thanks Megan - and thanks for dropping by! I'm still embarrassed that I didn't spot the missing tree in your photo this week - it's so obvious when I look again!!!!!
Thanks Terri! When you live in the UK a lens filter is an absolute must, since it's almost always raining, drizzling or misty! I just use a simple UV filter and it works a treat. Thanks for stopping by!
Thanks Harriet! We spotted the gazebo in an antique shop and instantly fell in love with it and bought it on impulse! Fortunately, most of my impulse buys are a little smaller :)
That is beautiful. Wish I could see something like that out in my window:)
